Using the mouse in Opera

Basic mouse usage

The following basic mouse operations can be utilized in Opera:

Operation	Examples of use
Click	Click on link in a Web page Click on bookmark in Bookmark to select
Press `Ctrl` and click (hold down the control key and click)	Click on link in a Web page for menu Click on item in the Bookmark for menu Click on an image for menu
Press `Cmd` and click	Open a link in a new window
Press `Cmd+Shift` and click	Open a link in the background
Press `Cmd` and click	Scroll through pages

Generally, Cmd means "open in new window" and Cmd+Shift means "open in background". Ctrl-clicking something usually opens a menu with multiple choices for the item in question.
